Orders and participations
Participants Manager copies completed cart assignments to persistent order assignments linked to the exact ordered product lines.
Order page
The native Back Office order page shows a read-only Participants card when the order contains recorded participants. Entries are grouped by product line, including the applicable combination or customization, and link to the native Customer page when permissions allow.
The card includes both active and inactive historical assignments. It therefore remains useful after an order becomes non-valid or a customer relation changes.
Product page
For a participant-enabled product, the native product page can show Active participants. This list contains participants from currently valid orders in the current shop. Inactive assignments and non-valid orders are excluded. All combinations follow the product-level participation rule.
Customer page
The native Customer page can show a read-only participation history for orders where the displayed customer is the recorded participant. Rows include the ordered product, order context, purchaser, current assignment state, and links permitted for the employee.
This is participation history, not a list of customers currently managing or managed by that customer. It remains available after relation deactivation.
Order validity and display settings
Assignments become active when the order enters a valid state, inactive when it becomes non-valid, and active again if the order is validated later. Inactive history does not block a later participation.
The configuration page controls the identity fields shown separately on Back Office orders, Back Office products, front-office order confirmation, front-office order detail, and invoice PDFs. These display choices do not change the recorded assignments.
