Participants recorded during checkout remain associated with the purchased product lines.

#Where participants appear

When an order contains recorded participants, a Participants section appears:

• on the order confirmation page;
• in the order detail opened from My Account;
• on the invoice PDF.

The standard order-history list does not contain a Participants Manager section. Open an individual order to see its participant details.

Participants are grouped by the exact ordered product line. The shop chooses which supported identity fields are visible in each display, so the information may differ between order confirmation, order detail, and invoice.

#Historical information

Changing or deactivating a current customer relation does not remove the participants recorded with an order. Cancelled or otherwise non-valid orders also keep their historical assignments for display.

The assignment is historical, but displayed names and other enabled identity fields come from the participant's current native customer record.
