    • Managing participants

    Use the Participants page in My Account to maintain the people for whom you can make bookings. You must be signed in with an active, non-guest customer account.

    View your participants

    Open My Account > Participants. The page lists the active participants currently linked to you. A deactivated relation no longer appears in this list.

    Add a participant

    1. Select Add participant.
    2. Enter the participant's email address and select Continue.
    3. If the address is not already used by a customer, enter the requested participant information.
    4. Select Add participant.

    First name, last name, and email are always required. The shop may also hide, offer, or require a birth date and an address. Address fields follow the selected country's native PrestaShop format.

    The participant is created as a native PrestaShop customer and linked to your account. Participants Manager does not automatically link an unrelated existing customer whose email address you enter.

    If the participant was previously linked to you and their account is still managed, the page can ask you to confirm reactivation. If the participant already manages their own account, direct reactivation is not available through this flow. Saved relation permissions are restored with an eligible relation.

    Edit participant information

    An Edit participant action appears only when your effective relation permissions allow you to edit the participant's birth date or address. The form displays only the fields you may change; it does not let you change the participant's name or email address.

    Address editing uses the participant's own address. It is not offered when the participant has several addresses and the module cannot choose one unambiguously.

    When a participant controls their own account, the permissions stored on your relation determine which edit actions remain available. Permission or relation changes take effect immediately.

    Deactivate a participant relation

    1. Select Deactivate participant beside the participant.
    2. Confirm the action.

    Deactivation removes the participant from your active list and prevents new bookings through that relation. It does not delete either customer account or past order participation.
