Open My Account > Managing customers to review customers authorized to act for you.

    Account states

Participants Manager uses two account-management choices:

    • Managed by my authorized customers: every active managing customer receives the supported participant-management and booking capabilities. Permissions stored on each relation are retained for later use.
    • I manage my own account: the permissions stored on each active relation determine whether that customer can book for you or edit your address or birth date.

A newly created managed participant changes automatically to self-managed on their first successful sign-in. This automatic transition is processed only once. Later state changes are explicit and are not overwritten by subsequent sign-ins.

When the controls are visible, use How is my account managed? to select either choice and save it. In the self-managed state, you can also select Edit permissions for each managing customer.

Add or revoke a managing customer

Use Add managing customer and enter the exact email address of an existing active, non-guest customer in the current shop. You cannot add yourself. The module reports unavailable accounts without exposing why they were rejected.

If an inactive relation already exists, you must explicitly confirm its reactivation. Use Revoke access to deactivate an active relation. Revocation preserves its stored permissions and does not alter historical orders.

There is no invitation or approval workflow.

    Hidden account-management controls

The shop can hide the Account management section. This visibility setting does not disable participant mechanics, account states, relation permissions, or the automatic first-sign-in transition. Existing managing-customer relations can still remain active.
